Employment and Community First CHOICES is a TennCare program that is available to support people of all ages who have intellectual or developmental disabilities. The aim of the program is to help members to gain as much independence as possible through a wide variety of supports and services tailored to each individual’s needs. This presentation will provide a high-level overview of the program including eligibility criteria, information on how to apply, benefits, and related resources.

Gary Smith, Director of Employment and Community First CHOICES, will lead the discussion as well as allow time for as many questions as possible at the end of the webinar.
